The horchata latte is quite literally the best latte in all of Boston & it is made with homemade syrup. The cafe itself is beautiful with flowers everywhere. I love working remote here. They also have 50% off day old pastries which is such a good deal I always pick up a bunch when I’m there.

Great vibes and delicious food and drinks!! We had the spicy noodles, ube toast, egg sandwich, and mushroom melt, and all were delicious! The dirty chai was also one of the best I've ever had. Really cute little cafe with such a cool aesthetic!

I come here often to work, and the food and vibes never miss. The latte and matcha latte are both delicious, and everything I’ve tried, from the patty melt to the burger, has been consistently amazing. I also love the natural, laid-back setting. The owner is always kind and creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. One of my favorite spots, hands down.

Went here because I needed to kill sometime before an airport pick-up. The atmosphere is so nice. It's got a student / study Cafe vibe and it's great to hunger down and get some work done while enjoying their delicious beverages and snacks. Everything is prep fresh, I got a avocado toast sandwich and I saw them cutting and mashing those avocados. Their drinks are phenomenal, I recommend getting the large because it is LARGE it comes in a 700ml Mason jar, I got the Iced Macha latte while I worked away at one of the table spots and was easily ably to plug in my laptop and get to work!

Love Cafe Iterum! I've been watching Chef Matt's journey digitally from the very beginning and it's absolutely beautiful to see the effort put in to create a sustainable restaurant. Every detail was put in place with sustainability in mind. Environment: The cafe itself has Amazing natural light, great for getting work done or clearing the mind. There are a ton of plants to create fresh air and a calm interior. The wood interiors pair nicely with natural brown tones and living plants, which have cute little names. The music is a positive mix of all types, not too loud or distracting, fresh. There is a ton of outdoor seating. It's also conveniently located by the Mav T-Stop (Maverick Blue Line). Sustainability: From the recycling to the carefully thought out use of ingredients, Cafe Iterum has a large focus on creating a one of a kind restaurant experience revolving around Sustainability. Coffee- The coffee is wonderful! I had a house-made hazelnut oat latte and also tested out the chai. The hazelnut and chai worth both balanced and flavorful. I'm so happy to have drinks that aren't over sweetened. They were quite delightful! The beans they use are Intelligencia. There are a ton of high-quality barrista blend milk and milk alternatives, I prefer oat. The brand they use primarily is Califia which is a great brand. They also have a ton of other drink options for non-coffee drinker likes sparking water and fresh pressed juices. Food: They have a wonderful selection of healthy and delicious food, even gluten free and vegan options! I absolutely adored the eggplant bacon, so flavorful. As a meat lover, it was enough to make me pick eggplant bacon over real bacon. That's saying something. I had the breakfast sandwich and a chocolate Orange scone. It was 100% what I needed after a long day on the airplane. The egg was the perfect texture and Sriracha mayo was delicious. Staff: Don't be surprised if the Chef himself is out there serving you and cleaning up. It's a team effort vibe here and everyone is a fan of helping out. The staff is kind and quick to help you navigate their unique menu items. Be sure to pay them a visit!

I absolutely love this place! It's perfect for any time of the day—whether you're grabbing a coffee, enjoying a delicious meal, or just soaking in the ambiance. The coffee is excellent, the food is amazing, and the atmosphere is ideal whether you're alone, studying, or spending time with friends or colleagues. If you're in Eastie, this spot is a must!

While exploring Maverick Square, I stumbled on Cafe Iterum. It's right next to the Maverick T exit (the one on the harbor side of the station, not the exit in the middle of the square). This light- and plant-filled space features 14 seats with ample power for a working lunch. There is additional outdoor seating when the weather is nice. Two kiosks speed up ordering, but the staff at the register cheerfully took this Luddite's order. Service was gracious--everything hospitality should be--and the atmosphere is relaxing and whimsical with playful condiment labels ('Mrs. White Sugar in the ballroom with the candlestick'!) A bookshelf of board games and books ads to the cozy feel. I had the smashed beet bowl and let me say I hate beets but I loved this! Greens, crispy chickpeas, roasted broccoli and eggplant 'bacon' all come together beautifully under an herbal vinaigrette. The menu is fairly extensive and offers a few gluten free options, as well as a good selection of vegetarian plates. The cafe brews Intelligentsia and sells beans in the standard 12 oz bags as well as 5 lbs bags for those who want to stock up. This cafe implements a 10% service fee which explains why the POS tipping screen defaults to 0-5-10% According to the receipt, the cafe is facing some rough times, there is a Go Fund Me to raise capital, including a gift card match on donations over 100. I would say it's well worth supporting this gem in East Boston!
